SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) . You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped or is ready to be collected from the store.

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we’ve created a simple and easy-to-understand shipping policy. We currently ship within the Germany and Internationally (worldwide).
Domestic Shipping and Estimates
Estimated Shipping Times:
- Heavy Outboard Motors (2.5 to 30 hp): 3-5 business days
- Light Products : 2-4 business days
Shipping Carriers:
- Heavy Outboard Motors: Shipped via T-Force Freight / FEDEX Freight / XPO Freight
- Light Products: Shipped via UPS or FEDEX, depending on the product and destination
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the whole of Europe, CANADA,United State, AUSTRALIA, UAE and ASIA and delivery takes just 7-10 days to arrive your location and tracking numbers made available once your order is ships out.
Stock Status
If you see “Availability” as “In Stock”, it’s on the shelf and if ordered before 14:00 Monday to Friday we will dispatch the same day.
For items not in stock but available for “back order” or “custom order” the “Availability message will show you how many days it will take until the item is dispatched.
Example “Availability – 3-5 days” your order will be placed and will arrive with you in an estimated 3-5 days. once you place an order with us, we will ship using your chosen shipping method at checkout.
Please note that the estimated shipping times mentioned above are guidelines and may vary depending on the destination and other factors. We will provide you with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped, so you can easily track the progress of your package.
